Fantastic service from the staff made my stay memorable. Loved the excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of options and 6 kinds of milk! The bar area was a great spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.

There were some delays with food during peak hours that could be improved.

my stay exceeded expectations after a previous visit to pas de la casa. the food at this hotel provided an excellent variety, with fresh eggs and a daily changing menu at dinner. the ski lockers made accessing the slopes easy and hassle-free.

A delightful surprise in the heart of the mountains! The location is unbeatable, just minutes from ski lifts, and the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. Breakfasts and dinners boast a varied menu, ensuring every meal is a treat. Just be prepared for bustling dining hours and some noise from nearby bars.

It was just an appropriate option for a city escape in Pas De La Casa with good value for price. The fun atmosphere in the bar area every evening, with live sports on TV and games like pool, made the stay enjoyable. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid long queues during busy times.

My kids wished for more variety in the breakfast options.

We had a triple room, and it was spacious and comfortable—definitely a nice surprise. The heating worked really well, which was great after a long day on the slopes. The shower was super powerful and hot, perfect for relaxing. Only downside was the lifts, which seemed slow and were often on different floors. it was a nice stay despite the lift issues.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The food was plentiful and tasty, making every meal enjoyable. We took full advantage of the spa and enjoyed a game in the hotel's games room. The location was great, just a short walk to the slopes for snowshoeing or sledding. Free ski lockers made it even easier to access the nearby ski resorts!

One downside was the gym. it was quite limited, and I couldn't get the treadmill to work after a long day of activities.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a hop to the lifts and dining spots! Our room was always spick and span, and I adored the nice big parking nearby, despite the acrobatics needed to park my car.

The food? Let’s just say it’s rarely hotter than a lukewarm cup of tea. Plus, the ‘spa’ felt more like a puny puddle than a paradise!
